That's what we create at Happy Kids Vacation Care, an accredited vacation care program where school aged children 4-12 can explore, learn and connect while you know they're safe and happy.

Frequently asked questions
We welcome school-aged children from 4 to 12 years old. Children are divided into groups based on age and development -- our younger group (typically 4-6 years) middle age group (typically 7-9) and older group (typically 10-12 years) -- ensuring activities are engaging and appropriate for everyone.
Our programs run at Galstaun College, 5 Chiltern Rd Ingleside, providing a familiar school environment with excellent facilities for all our activities.
8:30am – 4:30pm on vacation care days
(Drop-off and pick-up times are flexible within these hours to suit your family's needs)
Fees: $90 per child per day before the Child Care Subsidy - transport costs additional
Payment: Accounts are billed (fortnightly) and fees must be paid (two weeks in advance) via (Direct Debit).
Family Discounts available - enrol 2 children and receive a 5% discount, enrol 3 children and receive a 10% discount. Discounts apply to vacation care fees only, transport is additional
Private bus transport is available to and from Galstaun College at an additional cost of $9 per child per way, Limited places available. Our bus services the following areas:
- Ryde
- Roseville
- Forestville
- Belrose
- Comfortable clothes that can get messy during activities
- Sun hat and sunscreen (we spend time outdoors!)
- Water bottle and packed lunch/morning tea/afternoon tea
- Any special comfort items for younger children
- We maintain a completely nut-free environment to keep all children safe
- Children bring their own food, allowing families to cater to dietary needs and preferences
- Our team is trained in first aid, CPR, asthma/anaphylaxis, emergency procedures, child protection. Your child’s safety and security are our priority.
